Rental Policies
- Seven (7) night minimum stay required during holiday periods (Christmas/Easter) and high season (November through April).
- Five (5) night minimum stay during all other times
- All recreation items MUST be returned to storage on day of utilization. This is a condition of their use.
Deposit and balance
- 50% deposit is required to secure reservation
- Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival
- Multi-week discounts available
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Pay with Credit Card or PayPal
If you wish to make your rental deposit, or final payment, by credit card or PayPal, no problem! Simply click the Pay Now button below, and you will be directed to the secure PayPal website. There, enter the amount you wish to pay (keeping in mind that a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation), and click the "Update" button. You can then pay using either your PayPal account (if you have one), or with any major credit card.
Note: Casa dos Palmas does not receive nor collect any personal or credit card information. The information you provide is provided only to PayPal through their website, and is not shared in any fashion with Casa dos Palmas.
You will receive a receipt and confirmation number from PayPal by email for your payment, and we will also notify you immediately upon receipt of your payment.
